“I was concerned about Radon levels in my home, so I called ALO Radon (Anthony) and he came out within a day or two.
I had already tested my home and we discussed a Radon Mitigation System because of the levels in my home. I can’t recall if it was the same day or the next day, but I had my system installed and operational and was given free test kits for future radon level testing.
When my testing results were not where he wanted them to be, he upgraded the fan for free and also gave us a free sound muffler. A year later I noticed my manometer readings had decreased, and my fan did not sound like it was operating at full capacity so he replaced it again for free.
He has always been very responsive to my text messages normally within 5 to 10 minutes and is always at our home within a day or so if there are any issues. A very professional operation.
I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in the Black Hills area, who is concerned about radon levels in their homes. A ++ service.”
