Contacted ALO Radon for a bid for a vapor barrier installation in a crawl space in August. Alec got back to me almost immediately and drove out to provide a bid. I got an additional three bids from other more well known area companies. ALO Radon provided the most detailed comprehensive and competitive bids. Anthony with Alo Radon was fantastic to work with. We found out through an inspection that we had slightly elevated radon levels. We contacted Anthony on a Monday morning. Within a couple of hours he was able to meet with us for an  estimate and then was able to install the system the next day! Anthony and his son did a great job from installation to clean up. ALO Radon installed our system this month and we could not be happier with the results! It was a trickly install for where we wanted it on our exterior and they did an awesome job. I was concerned about Radon levels in my home, so I called ALO Radon (Anthony) and he came out within a day or two. I had already tested my home and we discussed a Radon Mitigation System because of the levels in my home. I can’t recall if it was the same day or the next day, but I had my system installed and operational and was given free test kits for future radon level testing. When my testing results were not where he wanted them to be, he upgraded the fan for free and also gave us a free sound muffler. A year later I noticed my manometer readings had decreased, and my fan did not sound like it was operating at full capacity so he replaced it again for free. He has always been very responsive to my text messages normally within 5 to 10 minutes and it’s always at our home within a day or so if there are any issues. A very professional operation. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in the Black Hills area, who is concerned about radon levels in their homes. A ++ service.

After testing for radon on my Spearfish home and finding very high levels, I contacted Anthony to get a quote. We discussed the best way to get the radon system into my house from the sump pump area to outside. They put together the system within a day. We then ran another test over 4 days and then got the results back, the air is now clean of Radon! Anthony and his sons encapsulated our crawl spaces and installed two mitigation systems to fit our home’s design. The results dropped our prior radon readings to 0.6 and <0.3 after installation. This firm is very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Everything was done as promised and was completed within three days. Esthetics were our main concern. We didn't want a lot of visible piping and noise. Getting from our basement to the attic was not an easy task but Anthony did an excellent job. He is a professional and went above and beyond. He found and helped me correct a fault in our heating system that could cause carbon monoxide poisoning. What a free bonus!
